REGISTRATION FORM. Be sure to indicate which time slot you would like. |
| Step 2 | Send in your registration form via email to rsvp@stikeman.com You will then be provided with a pledge form. |
| Step 3 | Raise pledges by canvassing your friends, family and colleagues. |
| Step 4 | Arrive at Eau Claire Market on June 9 for your spin class time. Bring your pledge form and all donations with you. |
