In its December 2008 issue, the magazine Action Canada-France published an article titled "Sovereign Wealth Funds and the Global Economic Crisis" written by Sophie Lamonde, associate in the Montréal office. Ms Lamonde's practice is directed primarily to the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.
