Commercial Litigation
The resolution of commercial disputes, generally arising from disagreements over contractual obligations, is a core practice for our litigators. They handle a wide array of matters for parties in a variety of industries. Factors such as the growing use of technology throughout the economy, the increasing pace of competition, and the globalization of business increasingly put all businesses at risk from such disputes. Part of our practice relates to helping clients arrange their affairs to reduce those risks and to identify and manage risks that can't be avoided. Recognizing that commercial litigation can be a costly and time-consuming affair, we strive to find negotiated solutions that avoid this route. We also engage in various forms of alternative dispute resolution. However, if recourse to the courts cannot be avoided, we pursue our clients' interests aggressively.
