Law Practice
Mr. Langlois is a partner practising corporate law in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office, focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (public and private), financings (venture capital and private equity) and corporate finance transactions, primarily in the technology sector. He has acted for both issuers and underwriters in connection many of the most recent public offerings and follow-on transactions by technology companies.
Mr. Langlois has been recognized by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, as a leading practitioner in the Technology Law sector.

Professional Activities
Mr. Langlois is a member of the American Bar Association, the Canadian Venture Capital Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).
Internally, he is involved in the firm's M&A/Private Equity practice group, the VC and the Technology practice group. He is the editor of the firm's M&A Activity in Canada publication and also sits on the firm's associates' committee.
He has taught Advanced Company Law at the University of Western Ontario as a member of the adjunct faculty.
