Law Practice
William Rosenberg is a senior partner in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott. His focus is on corporate and commercial law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has been involved in acquisition work representing clients from across Canada, the United States and Europe. He is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Partnership Board.
Mr. Rosenberg has been recognized in the following recent publications:

Professional Activities
Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association (ABA). He is a past Chairman of the Section of Business Law Publications Board for the ABA and is the first non-American lawyer to be appointed as a member of the Council of the ABA's Business Law Section, on which he is currently serving a four-year term. Within the ABA's Business Law Section, he is also a member of the Board of the International Coordinating Committee, as well as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.
