Marc B. Barbeau
Law Practice
Marc Barbeau is a partner in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott. Mr. Barbeau practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, complex reorganizations and corporate governance, including with respect to advising senior management and boards of directors. From 2005 until 2011, he headed the Montréal Business Law Group.

Professional Activities
Mr. Barbeau has lectured in Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law, McGill University since 1996. He has been a panelist at conferences. Mr. Barbeau received the 2012 James A. Robb Award presented by the McGill University Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the Gender Balance Initiative Committee of the Montréal Office.
