Law Practice
Marc Barbeau is a partner in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott. He is head of the Business Law Group and member of the Management Committee. The Montréal Business Law Group assembles approximately 80 lawyers practicing in such fields as securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and real property. Mr. Barbeau practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, complex reorganizations, securities and corporate finance, including with respect to advising senior management and boards of directors.
Mr. Barbeau has received the following recognitions:

Professional Activities
Mr. Barbeau has lectured in Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law, McGill University since 1996. He has been a panelist at several conferences.
