Law Practice
Raman Grewal is a senior lawyer in the Knowledge Management Group of Stikeman Elliott. She works primarily with the firm's Securities and Structured Finance Groups and is responsible for developing and managing legal content and current awareness to ensure that both lawyers and clients have the benefit of the firm's collective legal expertise and the latest in legal and industry developments. Ms. Grewal has a lead role in training and educating practice group members about legal, regulatory and market developments through formal and informal education initiatives, including internal and external continuing legal education, publications and presentations.
Our practicing lawyers consult with Ms. Grewal on a variety of practice matters, including regulatory compliance and market developments as well as opinion and drafting issues. Ms. Grewal also works on a wide range of other firm-wide Knowledge Management initiatives, including internal and external continuing legal education, publications and client development initiatives.

Background
Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Ms. Grewal practised corporate finance and securities with a major Toronto law firm where her practice included public and private financings and M&A, as well as corporate finance and regulatory compliance. Ms. Grewal also articled as a law clerk to the Chief Justice and Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
