Michael Kilby is an associate in the Competition and Foreign Investment Group in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office. He regularly advises on all matters relating to Canadian competition and foreign investment laws, with wide-ranging experience in areas including merger review, unilateral conduct and foreign investment approvals. He has advised clients in industries including, for example, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, mining, oil & gas, information technology and in numerous manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. He has a master's degree in economics.
Mr. Kilby is recognized by Chambers Global's 2013 The World's Leading Lawyers for Business for his expertise in Competition/Antitrust law.
