Law Practice
Pierre-Yves Leduc is a partner and member of the Corporate/Commercial Law Group in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (public and private), securities and corporate finance. Assignments have included acting as counsel to issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements and to corporations in acquisitions and divestitures. During 2004, Mr. Leduc practiced law in Stikeman Elliott's London office. He is a member of the office's Student and Stagiaire Committee as well as the Business Development Committee.
