Guillaume Boudreau-Simard is an associate in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott where he practices in litigation. His practice focuses on all aspects of litigation which include advising, drafting procedures and representing clients before the courts. Mr. Boudreau-Simard possesses a vast experience in various types of litigation including matters related to commercial or contractual law, class actions and competition, consumer and administrative law. In the context of his work, Mr. Boudreau-Simard has represented clients both before courts of first instance and appellate courts, as well as before administrative tribunals. Mr. Boudreau-Simard has also represented clients in the context of internal and external inquiries related to ethics and compliance, which has allowed him to acquire a particular expertise in the matter.

Professional Activities
Mr. Boudreau-Simard is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Young Bar Association of Montréal and the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners. He is also a member of the committee responsible for recruiting students at the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott where he acts, among other things, as a mentor of students and stagiaires.

Mr. Boudreau-Simard received a Millenium Excellence Award in 2004 from the Government of Canada in recognition of the excellence of his academic record and his community and social involvement. Mr. Boudreau-Simard was also awarded the merit scholarship for his admission to the Université Laval master's program with essay in international and transnational law (2007) in light of his excellent academic record.
