Kristi Kasper is an associate in Stikeman Elliott's Calgary office whose practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Kasper has worked on a variety of transactions including public offerings, private placements, private equity investments and take-over bids. She also has experience with corporate governance and public disclosure related matters.

Professional Activities
Ms. Kasper is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of Alberta.
Ms. Kasper is a director of the Pet Access League Society and is a member of the Calgary office's Green Committee. In addition, she works with the Volunteer Lawyers Service, an organization that provides pro bono legal support to charitable and non-profit organizations.
