Law Practice
Daniella Laise is an associate in Stikeman Elliott's Knowledge Management Group, working primarily with the firm's Securities Group. As a knowledge management lawyer, Daniella's primary responsibility is to develop and enhance model precedents for this group. She works closely with practicing lawyers to ensure that our precedents capture our collective legal expertise and provide our clients with the benefit of the latest in legal and industry developments. Daniella also works on other firm-wide Knowledge Management initiatives with our practicing lawyers and other members of our Knowledge Management Group.
Prior to becoming a knowledge management lawyer, Daniella practised corporate and commercial law at a boutique franchise law firm in Toronto. Her practice focused on secured lending transactions and commercial real estate and leasing matters. She also worked on a variety of other corporate and commercial matters.
