Law Practice
James Klein is a senior associate practicing in Stikeman Elliott's Commercial Real Estate Group in Toronto. He is also an active member of the Energy and P3/Infrastructure Groups. His practice incorporates all aspects of commercial real estate, energy and P3 transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, project financing, leasing, merger and acquisition transactions and securities offerings.
In addition, Mr. Klein advises all participants in the construction pyramid in the negotiation of construction contracts including, design build agreements, CCDC contracts and supplementary conditions, balance of plant agreements and EPC contracts in the areas of infrastructure, public-private partnerships, renewable and non-renewable power generation, health related research facilities and large commercial property owners.

Mr. Klein is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association Real Property Law and Construction Law sections.
Mr. Klein is a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association
