Frédéric Henry is a lawyer in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott and a member of the Employment and Labour Group.
Mr. Henry advises and acts for businesses on all aspects of employment and labour law, in particular, issues regarding labour relations and collective agreements, health and work safety (CSST), dismissals and layoffs, individual employment contracts, human rights, and labour standards.

Professional Activities
Mr. Henry is a member of the Quebec Bar and of the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
He is also a regular contributor to Stikeman Elliott's blog on employment, labour and pension law.

Education
University of Stockholm (LL.M, 2009). Mr. Henry completed his masters in European law (Juris magisterexamen i europeisk rätt) and obtained the "Excellent" ("Utmärk") distinction.
Université de Sherbrooke (LL.B et MBA, 2008).
Mr. Henry also holds a Bachelor's degree in civil law and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Université de Sherbrooke where he was recognized on the Dean's list for the Faculty of Law.
