Law Practice
Frédéric Henry is a lawyer in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott and a member of the Employment and Labour Group.

Mr. Henry advises and acts for businesses on all aspects of employment and labour law (both federal and provincial), in particular, issues regarding labour relations and collective agreements, health and work safety (CSST), dismissals and layoffs, individual employment contracts, labour standards, human rights, and the use of the French language.

His practice is diversified and includes representing clients before civil, administrative and arbitration tribunals, negotiating collective agreements and various other types of agreements, conducting inquiries in the workplace, drafting employment contracts and implementing human resources policies.

Professional Activities
Mr. Henry is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).

Mr. Henry is also a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal and the Association of MBAs of Québec. He is also a member of the Montréal office's Mentoring Committee and Premises Committee.

Mr. Henry is a regular contributor to Stikeman Elliott's blog on employment, labour and pension law.

University of Stockholm (LL.M, 2009).

Mr. Henry completed his masters in European law (Juris magisterexamen i europeisk rätt) and obtained the "Excellent" ("Utmärkt") distinction.

Université de Sherbrooke (LL.B et MBA, 2008).

Mr. Henry also holds a Bachelor's degree in civil law and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Université de Sherbrooke where he was recognized on the Dean's list for the Faculty of Law.
