Law Practice
Ashley Weber is an associate in the Toronto office and a member of Stikeman Elliott's Competition and Foreign Investment Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the review of transactions under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act. In addition, Ms. Weber advises clients on compliance issues related to federal and provincial marketing and advertising laws and regulations.

Professional Activities
Ms. Weber is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the CBA's Organizing Committee for the Competition Law Section's Annual Fall Conference (2010-2011), and the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section and International Law Section.
She is also co-chair of the Stikeman Elliott Give A Day Campaign in support of World AIDS Day, the Stephen Lewis Foundation, and Dignitas International.
