Primary Practice Areas:
The Calgary office has several broadly defined practice groups: Corporate, Energy, Regulatory/Litigation, Commercial Real Estate, Tax and Employment and Labour.  Within each practice area, further specialized areas of practice have evolved, including: M&A, securities, privacy and environmental law. All practice areas work in coordination with the others, and lawyers from the various groups regularly work together as teams on major projects.

Associate Billable Target Expectations:
The Calgary office assumes a rough budget of 1,800 hours for each associate.
