Telecom and media regulation in Canada: An overview

Global Competition Review recently published the revised and updated edition of Getting the Deal Through -Telecoms and Media 2011. As with previous editions, the publication provides comparative international analysis of legal and regulatory requirements and restrictions in the areas of broadcasting, telecommunications and Internet services. The Canadian chapter, authored by David Elder of our Communications Group, provides an overview of such topics as the regulation of telecoms and the media, as well as the competition law issues surrounding these sectors of the economy.
