TSX Personal Information Forms Go Digital

Effective December 18, 2017, the Toronto Stock Exchange’s (TSX) Reporting Form 4 – Personal Information Form (PIF) and Reporting Form 4B – Declaration will:

  • be digitally available online; and
  • no longer include the requirements for a notarial seal and manual signature. While the amendments will become effective on December 18, 2017, the TSX will continue to accept notarized paper versions of the PIFs, Declarations and Listing Applications in the previous form until June 30, 2018.

Similarly, the TSX will no longer require that its Listing Application be notarized.
