COVID-19: Employment Resources

The COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on businesses has left many Canadian employers unsure as to how to handle difficult questions. Our Employment & Labour Group is assisting clients with a wide range of quickly evolving questions and issues and has a range of resources to support employers through this period.

Reintegration and the Workplace

As Canada’s provinces and territories move into the initial stages of economic reopening, employers are looking for guidance on how to manage the return of workers who have been laid off or who are working offsite. As the country’s jurisdictions have been affected differently by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a range of rules and protocols that businesses operating nationally must contend with. Looking at British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec, our employment group has prepared a COVID-19 Reintegration FAQ and Reintegration Checklist as an employer's starting point.
