  • BayBridge Seniors Housing Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, in its C$1.1B acquisition of Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
  • Mr. Peter Kellogg and IAT Reinsurance Company Ltd in their proxy battle for representation on the board of directors of MFC Industrial Ltd.
  • Teranga Gold Corporation (“Teranga”) in its acquisition of the remaining interests of the Oromin Joint Venture Group Ltd. (“OJVG”) for US$112.5M, plus contingent consideration.
