  • Advice to financial centre governments on their dialogues with EU, OECD and UK concerning compliance with international standards pertaining to tax information exchange and financial regulation.
  • Advice to private equity on the impact of evolving tax and regulatory policy initiatives on the financial services sector. The work supports their assessment of value and business prospects for potential acquisitions of trust and company service provider businesses.
