  • Since 1992 working with the Concord Pacific Group in connection with the development of Concord Pacific Place, a C$10B+ mixed-use waterfront development in downtown Vancouver. Concord Pacific Place remains one of the most significant privately-initiated urban brownfield development projects in the world. Since commencement in 1988, the development has established a benchmark for many other major redevelopment projects in North America. When fully completed, it will comprise approximately 12 million square feet of residential space and approximately 10,000 units and 2.5 million square feet of retail and commercial space.
  • Aquilini Investment Group in connection with their more than 19 million square feet of projects in BC’s lower mainland. Currently underway is the continued development, rezoning, and subdivision of Aquilini Centre, four rental residential and office towers on top of downtown Vancouver’s Rogers Arena.
  • Province of British Columbia in connection with the C$500M Nisga'a treaty, the first modern-day Aboriginal land claims treaty in Canada; additionally, treaties with the Tsawwassen First Nation, Maa Nulth First Nations and Tla’amin First Nation.
  • Lax Kw’alaams First Nation in negotiating the Benefits Agreement in respect of major projects in the Prince Rupert area, including the C$1B+Benefits Agreements for the PNW LNG Facility.
